What We're Looking For

If this is you, we want to hear from you.

3+ years in client success, account management, or digital marketing. Agency experience is a plus, but not required. What matters most is that you already think like a marketer.
You understand marketing well enough to guide a client conversation with confidence. When a client asks why their leads slowed down, your instinct is to look at the data, not escalate the question.
You're the kind of person who keeps up with marketing because you're genuinely curious, not because it's in your job description.
You've maintained authority with clients before. They trusted your recommendations because you earned it through competence, not because your title said so.
You're resourceful. When you don't know the answer, you go find it before asking someone else.
You communicate clearly and confidently, both on calls and in writing.
Available full-time, 9am-5pm Eastern, Monday to Friday.
Also helpful
CRM experience is a plus. Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Fitness industry experience is a bonus, not a requirement. Marketing knowledge is what matters.
