No Surprises

We'll Be Straight With You.

You've probably seen "amazing remote job" posts that turned out to be something else.

What this job IS
You'll spend your day on the phone helping people walk into a gym for the first time. Real calls, real conversations, real outcomes.
How you talk to people matters more than how many people you call. We pay attention to the quality of your conversations, not just the count.
Following up across multiple touchpoints without losing your warmth or your momentum. You close conversations, you don't drop them.
Full-time, 9-hour shifts inside an 8AM–12AM ET window with a 1-hour lunch and two 10-minute breaks. Multiple shifts available.
Paid in USD, bi-weekly. Real systems, provided scripts, daily team communication. You're not winging it and you're not alone.
What this job IS NOT
Not a chill remote customer service job. This is high-volume phone work, 100+ conversations a day. If you've never carried that kind of phone rhythm, you'll feel it.
Not for people who go cold under pressure. Staying warm and clear when someone is distracted, short, or rude is the job, not the exception.
Not a pushy sales role. Your job is to ask the right questions and help the right people get to their first session, not to pressure anyone into anything.
Not entry-level. 2–3 years on the phone in customer service, hospitality, or outbound calling is the floor.
Not for people who go dark. Weekend availability and consistent communication are part of the role.

Why People Stay

What You Get Beyond the Salary

Paid Onboarding
We train you on our systems, scripts, and clients before you pick up the phone. We don't train you on how to talk to people. That part you bring with you.
Remote & Full-Time
Fully remote, long-term role with a consistent pipeline of work. Not a gig. Not a contract. A real job with real stability.
Overtime Pay
Strong performers have opportunities to earn beyond their base through overtime. The harder you work, the more you can make.
Real Team Culture
50+ remote team members across different regions. Multicultural, collaborative, results-driven. Same core team for 7 years and counting.
Proven System
You're not cold-calling blind. You're working inside a system built over 7 years across 700+ fitness clients with warm leads and structured follow-up flows.
Real Career Growth
We promote from within. The skills you build here translate into a long-term career in fitness marketing and sales operations.
